If you have a return caused by defects or a faulty delivery, make sure to announce your return using our Return Platform. This is the easiest and quickest way to have your return request reviewed, approved and refunded. 

You can issue your return request using your Modeus ordernummer consisting out of 8 digits and starting with a 2.  

Make sure to include a picture of the specific claim (this is mandatory) and fill out all requested details, so that the request is complete.
