All displayed prices are ex works and based on pickup at our warehouse in Amsterdam. In addition, we offer two delivery options:
- Dropshipping
- Delivery to store/warehouse
The same conditions apply to both delivery options:
- Netherlands standard €5/package
- Netherlands large €7.50/package
- Belgium standard €7.50/package
- Belgium large €15/package
We work with Wesseling Logistics for both storage and transport within the Netherlands and Belgium. As soon as a shipment is booked, the recipient (relevant department or end consumer) receives an email notification of the shipment with an order reference and a so-called consignment note number (this is the tracking). The delivery is then made within 48 hours. On the day of delivery, Wesseling sends an email with a 2-hour time slot. Please note that delivery is made up to the first threshold. Shipments of >4 colli are generally offered on a pallet.
For dropshipping, we advise clearly communicating this to the consumer.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium are handled by Dachser and CTS Group, and different conditions apply.
